My poster for the beginning of this school year. We returned to school with the Beijing Olympics just beginning.
In the library, we held a first ever marathon run on a treadmill. Classes competed to be the first to run 42.5 km. We had a great and enthusiastic participation. After spirited competition, the 7th grade came in slightly ahead!
We celebrated the Chinese Moon Festival in September.
A dragon was silhouetted against the moon at our circulation desk.

New books on display.
October's theme is Myths and Legends of Many Cultures.
The following section of this slide show illustrates some of the themes and activities at my previous school the American Coop School of Tunis.
Students worked with an Assistant Librarian to produce this Myth.
