I love arranging books and making displays to spark student's interest in reading.	This cool bear enjoys reading in the library.	Finally students began using the library!
We use Follett Destiny v 8.5 as our library automation software. This makes it easy for us to help students find information and books to read. The new version even allows us to embed student-produced videos into the individual book records, such as Book Reviews or Book Talks.	I collaborate with the Humanities Teacher to assist the seniors in finding excellent resources for their Senior Seminar Research Projects. They did their final presentations in the library. Later in the year, I sponsor a special senior celebration in the library which includes portraits of the seniors with biographies, and a special luncheon in their honor.		SIS Gecko reading!
